Delete your FixAll-er account

How to delete it

1. Sign in to FixAll-er.
2. Go to Dashboard → Account.
3. Under Delete your account, type DELETE and confirm.

What gets deleted

• Your name, photo, profile, business details and biography
• Your phone number, address and postcode
• The content of the messages you sent, and any attachments
• The written part of reviews you left
• All notifications, email links and push notification devices
• Your ability to sign in — the account is closed permanently

What we have to keep

We keep records of completed payments, commission and refunds for as long as UK accounting and tax law requires. These records do not include your profile or contact details. Star ratings you left stay on the site, but without your name or comment, so other people's reputations are not altered by your leaving.

If something is still in progress

If you have a payment in progress, an open dispute, an open job or a job you have agreed to carry out, we will ask you to settle it first so that nobody is left out of pocket. The screen tells you exactly what is outstanding.

Can't sign in?

Email support@fixall-er.co.uk from the address on your account and we will close it for you.
