Getting quotes
Verified local professionals can view your job and send a quote. Compare prices, estimated times and availability before choosing.
Paying safely
Pay through FixAll-er and your money is held securely until the work is complete. The platform fee is shown clearly before checkout.
Verification
Professionals become Verified by submitting ID, proof of address and public liability insurance. Verified badges appear on profiles.
Disputes and refunds
If something goes wrong, either party can raise a dispute. Payments are paused while our team reviews the case.
Account and notifications
Manage your email and in-app notification preferences in your account settings. You can also reset your password from the sign-in page.
